DELIVERY & SHIPPING
I aim to process all orders for dispatch within 24- 48 hours.
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them as some items are made to order so please factor in the creating time, bank holidays etc.
Actual delivery time will also depend on the country you're in etc.
I post all UK items via either 1st Class or 2nd Class Signed For or 2nd Class Standard postage depending on your item & size. I post all Overseas items via Tracked and Signed For postage.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm unfortunately not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is an issue with your item or you are unhappy with the item you have received, please send a message and we can discuss the best way forward.
Contact me within: 1 day of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 2 days of delivery
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and must used a Signed For or Tracked Postage method.
If the item is not returned in its original condition and via a secure method of postage, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
LOST PARCELS & REFUNDS
In the unfortunate case that your parcel is lost in the post, i will endeavour to do all that i can to get a case opened and resolved with Royal Mail. Royal Mail class any 1st Class Signed For post 'lost', 10 working days after its due date. I kindly ask that you wait the above mentioned 10 days for your parcel to be classified as 'lost' before i can confirm it is in fact lost and not just delayed.
If the case isn't resolved after the above mentioned 10 days, i will be happy to issue a full refund or offer a replacement item (if the item was a custom made piece) or another item in our store if prefered.
